Business Operations Consultant

Due to unprecedented growth and demand for our consulting services, Healthcare Counsel is recruiting for professional Consultants for our Business Operations practices.

PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Sample engagement responsibilities will include project management, interim A/R or business office management, business operational and revenue cycle assessments and work flow redesign. Ability to apply practical business experience with the features and functionality of practice management systems such as IDX to assist clients with implementation and redesign projects required.

Experience working in a senior position of a health care provider organization, IDX or other vendor or as consultant is required. Creative problem solving skills, ability to communicate at all levels of an organization, excellent writing and listening skills also required. Ideal candidates will possess a high level of energy, with professional acumen and a service and solutions orientation.
