	Will McHenry, CEO Mr. McHenry received his formal education from University of Alabama, receiving a degree in computer science. He has been associated directly with the healthcare industry since 1980. Mr. McHenry developed the first RDBMS system for medical and dental business applications using the first IBM PC as the platform. In 1981 Mr. McHenry created the beginning of the electronics medical claims filing with BCBS of Illinois. He formed a company that sold over 1,700 business management systems from 1980-1987, the company was sold in 1987. In 1989, Mr. McHenry formed another company to assist medical providers in developing fee schedules unique to their practice. Mr. McHenry was a consultant on retainer with the medical societies in West Virginia and Kentucky. Mr. McHenry was Director of Y2K for BCBS of North Carolina. Mr. McHenry spent time in London, New York and Chicago as an independent consultant with major international companies working on Customer Relationship Management (CRM) applications. Mr. McHenry was the strategic marketing technology leader for GE Financial Assurance and was responsible for directing and overseeing the implementation of CRM applications throughout GE Financial Assurance. In 2002, Mr. McHenry decided that with the need for medical practices to make dramatic changes in doing business in today's marketplace and with the changing attitudes of the healthcare payors, new management processes and procedures needed to be implemented within the practices that were going to be able to survive the changing ways of doing business. Healthcare Counsel, Inc. was formed to take advantage of the Six Sigma processes and bring a more structured way of doing business to healthcare practices. Since 2002 several business such as BCBSNC has implemented Six Sigma methodologies within the medical areas. McHenry has assisted several practices within North Carolina that has benefited from his expertise in managed care contracting, practice management and re-deployment of business processes. Mr. McHenry is an active member of the Medical Group Management Association, National Association of Healthcare Consultants and Association of Certified Healthcare Consultants. Mr. McHenry is past president of RTP chapter of the Independent Computer Consultants Association. Mr. McHenry is also directly associated with Physician Support Group, Inc., Neighborhood Medical Centers, Inc. and Community Medical Research Associates. Mr. McHenry primary focus is the corporate management and business development for Healthcare Counsel, Inc.
	Leigh Slusher, R.N. Leigh Slusher has over 30 years of experience since receiving her R.N. degree. She has worked in the North Carolina and Virginia market in various capacities including working for health plans, IPAs and physician practices. Her experience includes Utilization Supervisor at Cigna Health Care, Facility Survey Consultant with the North Carolina Department of Health and Human Services, Manager of Clinical Services at Raleigh Internal Medicine and Utilization/Quality Manager at Cardinal IPA. Leigh's medical association affiliations are: National Alliance of Certified Legal Nurse Consultants, Certification for Quality Assurance-CPHQ, Certification as a Federal Surveyor-SMQT-2001, Board Member for American Association of Office Nurses 1995-1999, Founder of NC Chapter of AAON. Leigh joined Healthcare Counsel, Inc. in October 2006 with a primary focus of chart audits and medical record review from a quality and legal point of view.
	Charlene Stell Charlene Stell has over 30 years of diversified experience in both healthcare and corporate business. In healthcare, her experience includes working as an office manager for a group of primary care physicians with direct responsibility for billing, accounting and triage. She also was a licensed insurance agent and has a firm understanding of what products employers need and require to protect their business and employees. In addition to her health care background, Charlene has worked for a fortune 500 company where she was responsible for accounting, marketing presentations, event planning, financial planning, coordination between departments and logistical support. Charlene joined Healthcare Counsel in 2005 with a focus on administrative operations, fee audits and assistance with other healthcare endeavors within Healthcare Counsel.
